Grant Year 4: Call for Proposals

The National Center for Freight and Infrastructure Research and Education (CFIRE) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is soliciting the freight research community for proposals that reflect the theme of CFIRE – Sustainable Freight Transportation Infrastructure and Systems.

Eligible researchers are invited to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in four Signature Technical Areas of Research, or STARs. Eligible researchers include qualified investigators at CFIRE’s partner institutions - University of Illinois-Chicago and University of Toledo, and Universities of Wisconsin-Madison, Milwaukee, and Superior. Interested researchers from other performing organizations are encouraged to collaborate with one or more of the consortium partners. The PI and lead institution on each proposal must be among the CFIRE consortium partners.

Deadline

Proposals are due on Monday, March 15th at 5:00 PM Central
