The Congressional Research Service has published Surface Transportation Reauthorization in the 112th Congress: Summary and Sources, which outlines the provisions in the two current versions of surface transportation legislation: H.R. 7 (American Energy and Infrastructure Jobs Act) and S. 1813 (Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century; MAP-21).
